Certifications & Quality Infrastructure

Manufacturing Quality

All six manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001:2015 certified (audited annually by TUV Rheinland). The Shenzhen primary facility operates three SMT lines with a combined placement capacity of 180,000 CPH (components per hour). Automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray inspection achieve a defect detection rate of 99.6% at board level. Each wireless module undergoes a 72-hour burn-in test at 85 degrees Celsius before shipment.

Regulatory Compliance

Wireless modules carry FCC Part 15 certification (US), CE RED 2014/53/EU marking (EU), and TELEC certification (Japan). RF testing is performed in-house using two anechoic chambers (3m and 10m) calibrated per CISPR 32 and CISPR 35 standards. Environmental compliance includes RoHS 2011/65/EU and REACH (SVHC substance list updated per ECHA Candidate List, last reviewed January 2026). Select telecom infrastructure products meet NEBS Level 3 (Telcordia GR-63-CORE and GR-1089-CORE) for central office deployment.
